From paper to digital

Transforming the rental request process from a tedious and slow paper-based system into an automated and user-friendly digital experience was the main goal of this project.

A secondary objective was to visually reflect the company’s evolution—from its origins in construction to its current role as a property management firm.

Digitalizing the form submission process

All paper-based information was migrated to a digital platform accessible through the company's website.

This allowed potential clients to avoid handling physical documents, while property owners received requests automatically.

The form includes several interactive, quality-of-life features such as:

▪ Contextual information displayed as optional, selectable inputs.

▪ The ability to save completed forms as downloadable PDFs.

▪ Selecting the desired property for rent directly within the form.

Harmony Rents (platform)

Before accessing the form, users select the property they’re interested in through a platform that displays all available properties along with their features.

The information side of the website

Portier has been in the market for over 10 years, evolving from a construction company into an administrative firm that now leans more toward the real estate sector.

This journey and proven reliability are key elements the company uses to attract new clients. For that reason, this narrative formed the first layer of the website, before users access the real estate platform.

The design and structure of these pages were focused on showcasing the company’s current range of services and highlighting its extensive experience.

End credits.

This project required a simple yet elegant solution and serves as a great example of how technology can enhance experiences and streamline processes for both owners and clients.

Like the company itself, this project is constantly evolving, adapting to the changing needs of users. Therefore, this will not be its final iteration.
